About Staymetric

Staymetric is provided by LABB Properties Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms and contract with LABB Properties Ltd for use of the application. You must have authority to act for your business and be legally able to enter this agreement.

Your account and records

Keep your account credentials confidential and your contact details accurate. You are responsible for the property, reservation, supplier and payment records you enter and for having permission to connect booking services. Forecasts depend on those records and are estimates, not guaranteed returns or financial, tax or legal advice. Check the underlying data before making business decisions.

Permitted use and ownership

LABB Properties Ltd retains ownership of Staymetric software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service. Do not use it unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with security, probe or scrape systems without permission, or redistribute the service. You retain ownership of your records and permit us to process them only to provide, secure and support the service.

Subscriptions and payments

Single property is $10 USD monthly and Portfolio is $20 USD monthly. Both offer identical app access and do not impose different property limits. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades change the price at the next renewal without refunding the current paid period. Taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.

Availability and account closure

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risks or repeated serious misuse. Payment problems do not independently remove ordinary app access. If you request account closure, renewals stop and export and access remain available until the paid period ends; accounts without a paid period close immediately. Financial and cleaning-payment evidence is retained separately rather than erased automatically. Withdrawing closure does not automatically restart cancelled subscriptions.
