Refunds for Staymetric
Staymetric is provided by LABB Properties Ltd. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility, applicable periods and processing follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and your statutory rights. We do not limit those rights with an “all sales final” rule.
Request a refund
Visit paddle.net and provide the order or receipt details for your subscription. Paddle handles the request and payment return.
Cancellation is separate
Cancel your subscription from Billing to stop future renewal charges. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period and does not itself issue a refund. Your app access and saved records remain unchanged unless you separately request account closure.
